This notice explains what information Cheltine Ltd collects, when we collect it and how we use this. Who are we?

Cheltine Ltd takes the issue of security and data protection very seriously and strictly adheres to guidelines published in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 which is applicable from the 25th May 2018, together with any domestic laws subsequently enacted. We are notified as a Data Controller with the Office of the Information Commissioner under registration number A8361326 and we are the data controller of any personal data that you provide to us.

When you give us information we take steps to make sure that your personal information is kept secure and safe.

Our computer systems are password protected and can be accessed by authorised staff of Cheltine Ltd and Cheltine Ltd.’s accountant, Resolve Tax and Accounts. All paper personal data records are filed in locked filing cabinets and access to all pc’s/laptops is password protected. Our office is locked securely out of office hours. During office hours, access may be gained to our building via a double locked front main entrance door.

How long to we keep your information?

Personal data is not stored for any longer than is reasonably required:

We will review our data retention periods regularly and will only hold your personal data for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as required by law (we may be legally required to hold some types of information), or as set out in any relevant contact we have with you.
